Our extensive educational experience in Transformational Travel Design (TTD) has identified three distinct situations within the travel professionals' community, each with solutions offered by our courses. Core Syllabus

Our core syllabus is adapted to our distinct program venue, place, time, group size, depth and dose. Our trainings include insight, data, methods and frameworks that impact your Experience Strategy and Design, Customer Journey and Engagement, Guest Activation and Motivation, as well as, Culture and Purpose.

Capstone Project

Integration and application and are pivotal. Carefully guided, participants select and develop a project throughout the course, serving as a tangible takeaway and graduation submission (two weeks post course).

Attendance

Co-creation demands presence, a vital element of transformational experiences. Participants are kindly asked to commit to attending at least 80% of all sessions in this journey.

Live Sessions

Regardless of the course format, we leverage our in-session time collaboratively and interactively, delving deep into various aspects of transformational travel design, fostering a co-creative environment.

Connection, Vulnerability, Coherence

Participants are provided with a supportive space for personal and intimate journeys, sharing insights through various forms of expression, fostering reflection, meaning-making, and tracking perspective change.

Continuous Support

This educational experience acknowledges the possibility of doubts and disorientation, as in any transformational journey, thus providing a platform to address them and broaden comprehension.

Community Platform

One of the most important aspects of our educational journeys is the community – nurturing a sense of belonging, mutual support, and shared purpose among its members.

Rooted in our foundational framework and theory of change this course helps you guide travelers in a transformative process that provides more value and impact for your traveler, the people and places they visit, and your organization
