an immersive experience where regenerative tourism, agriculture, and land stewardship intersect.
a gathering for solution-oriented leaders committed to co-creating a thriving future.
the purpose
This event showcases and celebrates the transformative power of regenerative practices in agriculture, tourism, and community development. By gathering thought-leaders, destination stewards, and practitioners at Sovereignty Ranch, we aim to inspire a collective shift toward travel and tourism models that nurture people and the planet.
The event will offer experiential learning and insight into how regenerative approaches can foster resilience, reciprocity, and sustainable growth, ultimately advancing a vision for tourism that elevates consciousness and supports a thriving, harmonious future.
why sovereignty ranch
Nestled in the breathtaking valley of Bandera, Texas, Sovereignty Ranch is more than a venue—it is a living model of regeneration in action. Founded by Mollie Engelhart and Elias Sosa, the ranch was born from a vision of closing the loop on food waste, restoring soil health, and creating a thriving regenerative ecosystem. Their journey began with Sow a Heart Farm in California, where they cultivated one of the only regenerative organic hop yards in the U.S. before expanding their vision to Texas.
Sovereignty Ranch is a hub for regenerative food, education, hospitality, and community building. Alongside Ryland and Sarah Engelhart, the team has transformed this land into a space where people can experience the interconnectedness of food, farming, and land stewardship firsthand.

“If you look deeply at the polycrisis we face, the universality is a separation from ourselves, one another, and the planet. Being conscious of our interdependence and with nature as our guide, we will regenerate our lands, our communities, and social structures and create the conditions for all life to flourish.”

Programming Pillars
4 days of connecting, communing and co-evolving
day 1 | arrivals & rooting into the land
As you arrive at Sovereignty Ranch, you’ll feel the energy of the land—a space where regeneration is more than an idea, it’s a way of life. We’ll begin with a walk to meet the land, guided by those who care for it, setting the foundation for the days ahead.
Our opening ceremony invites us to slow down, ground in, and open ourselves to new perspectives. Under the vast Texas sky, we’ll gather for a fire circle and land blessing, sharing intentions for this experience and the movement we are part of. Over dinner, we’ll connect, share stories, and prepare for the days ahead.
day 2 | transformation through regeneration
We start the day in movement and mindfulness, tuning into the rhythms of nature before diving into big ideas. Our opening panel conversation brings together pioneers in regenerative tourism and community development, setting the stage for how we can bridge these industries for true impact.
The afternoon is all about learning through experience. Whether you choose to explore regenerative farming, get hands-on with land stewardship, or take time to reflect on the water through paddleboarding or kayaking, you’ll engage with regeneration in a tangible way.
As the sun sets, we pause. With guided journaling and quiet reflection, we consider our personal role in this movement before gathering around the fire for Regenerative Storytelling, where voices from different industries and backgrounds share the journeys that brought them here.
day 3 | sustainable impact & reciprocity
This day is about action and applied knowledge. We start with a grounding practice—whether it’s Tai Chi, yoga, or breathwork—before diving into conversations on ethical entrepreneurship, circular economies, and regenerative business models.
Through hands-on workshops, we move from theory into practice, exploring topics like:
Soil regeneration & composting—building healthy foundations from the ground up.
Permaculture & land design—creating systems that sustain people and planet.
Regenerative tourism experience design—crafting travel offerings that restore rather than extract.
day 4 | integration & moving forward
On our final morning, we return to the land for a closing nature immersion, connecting to the cycles of renewal that guide all regenerative systems.
Together, we’ll set commitments to action—what will we take home? What new collaborations will we cultivate? How will we carry this experience forward?
